EarthWeb offers sponsorship opportunities within all of our industry specific E-mail Newsletters. As the sponsor, our clients receive a variety of benefits:
Targeted Audience of Engaged Readers: Subscribers to our E-mail Newsletters sign up to receive periodic updates from our Web sites via e-mail. Subscribers are not solicited anywhere outside our Network, insuring that our readers are targeted and qualified prospects. Virtually all sites within the internet.com Network have companion E-mail Newsletters.
Substantial Message: Sponsors can use up to 8 lines, 60 characters per line, in their ads. This gives advertisers the opportunity to include detailed information about their products and services, as well as a link to their Web site. URLs may not exceed 60 characters.
Outstanding Exposure: All text ads will be placed in our E-mail Newsletters within the content of the issue. Most text-only newsletters feature three sponsorships; in HTML newsletters, one text ad is typically available per issue.
Double Opt-In Subscription Process, the Gold Standard of Anti-Spam Practices: All EarthWeb Network E-mail Newsletters feature a double opt-in subscription process. All subscribers have requested to receive the newsletter by entering their e-mail address into a Web-based form, and then confirm their intent to subscribe by responding to an e-mail confirmation. Only when an individual completes both of these steps are they added to the distribution list for an EarthWeb E-mail Newsletter. This ensures that subscribers privacy is protected and that your message will receive a welcome reception.
